We are more than a games night we may be a vital social outlet and human connection for some / many of our guests Our volunteers create the Welcoming Experience: We greet our guests and aim to find them appropriate games We teach with patience and provide support as needed We encourage and support our guests to teach games too Our volunteers are role models and set the standards and culture We will be respectful, professional, and stay positive. We show appreciate and gratitude We accept feedback with grace and share lessons learned.
