Spring 2025 survey contest rules

Feedback is vital to us, we need to hear from you to know what works and what you want to see and to help prove what we do for grant funding.

If you complete a feedback survey in February or March 2025, you will be entered in a draw to win, the more surveys completed the more winners will be drawn.

First prize) 1 x £30 Here for Games Shop Voucher
Follow on prizes) 2 sets of RPG dice (Value £15) or 1 Mechandise set, mug, coaster and sticker (Value £10)

Rules:

Feedback surveys completed in February and March 2025 will be entered into the draw if they contain a valid email
All questions are optional but 50% of the questions must be answered for a valid entry.
1 survey entry per email address, 1 prize maximum per email address
The surveys in scope are
1 entry 2025 Grant survey – Herefordshire Board Gamers (8 questions)
2 entries end of year survey 2025 End of year survey – Herefordshire Board Gamers.
Winners will be announced via direct email week commencing April 8th
If there is no reply from the winner after 7 days a new winner will be drawn
Prizes can be collected from Here for Games Con or other events (postage at winners cost)
If you want to stay anonymous you can enter NHS and your entry will go to the NHS.
The number of prizes drawn will be 1 with an additional prize drawn for every 25 entries.
Any clearly fake entries will be removed from the contest.
