Mental health first aiders!

Four of the committee are mental health first aiders and one of the extended team will be in a week or two. This doesn’t mean we are going to provide therapy or anything else is changing (It’s only first aid after all!) it just means we are living our aims to strive and improve and hopefully be better equipped to support and spot issues!
