Warnings / risks: from the hereford make website -Wear rough clothes that you do not mind getting damaged.Wear natural fibre trousers or jeans that cover the whole leg.Wear natural fibre tops with sleeves past the shoulder preferably full length.Wear suitable shoes – leather or steel toecaps that cover the whole foot.Not wear synthetic fibres in the forge, including most common polyesters, nylons, acrylics, etc.Not wear any jewellery or clothing with dangling parts that may get caught
